Group Healing from Grief: GriefShare

Grief is a big thing that affects us each differently. You may know very well that what you are experiencing is grief but surprisingly many going through it, didn’t even know that this is what it was they were feeling. Grief is hard because one can’t see it, or touch it. The wounds don’t literally bleed and yet we walk around feeling like our limbs have been torn from our bodies, we seep profusely all day long, all the while being expected to act like nothing is wrong. We do it because we fear losing our jobs, our friends, out homes, our reputations, we fight to keep going all the while hurting deeper than we even have. We are expected to be stronger than we ever have during a time we are at our weakest.
